The grill is constructed of solid 443 stainless steel for durability and longevity, while the heavy-duty grill burners are made of higher-quality 304 stainless steel for long-lasting performance. Each of the four primary grilling burners has a 12,000 BTU rating for maximum heat, while the unique caught briquette trays distribute radiant heat evenly across the 740in2 cooking surface. Additional heat is provided by the caught briquette trays, which eliminates hot and cold zones.
